Reconnect With Your Body, Rebuild Your Routine, Reclaim Your Energy

Hi everyone, welcome back for another Define Manifestation Workshop.
Here at Define, we create tools to help you Navigate Each Day with Purpose.

If you're new here, we're so glad you found us. And if you're returning—welcome back.

Today, we’re diving into a topic that’s been coming up over and over again during our TikTok Lives and planner submissions: manifesting health and wellness. So many of you are setting goals related to feeling stronger, more energized, and more connected to your bodies—and today’s workshop is here to support that intention.

We’ll be using our Mystic Michaela Manifestation Journal, but you can follow along with any journal or even a sheet of paper. As I guide you through each section, feel free to jot down your own responses or ask questions—this space is for you.

1. Daily Mantra

Your mantra sets the tone for the day. Keep it short, empowering, and focused on how you want to feel. You can create a new one each day or revisit a favorite throughout the week.

Here are a few mantras aligned to health and wellness:

  • “I am grounded, nourished, and full of energy.”

  • “Each small step I take supports my long-term well-being.”

  • “My body is a vessel of strength and balance.”

2. My Goal / Intention

This is your opportunity to clarify your why. In manifestation, it’s not about obsessing over the “how,” but instead connecting deeply to the feeling behind your goal. Rather than saying, “I want to lose 10 pounds,” think about the core feeling: energized, clear-minded, empowered.

Examples:

  • “I’m grateful to feel strong, energized, and in tune with my body.”

  • “I welcome clarity, balance, and vitality into my daily life.”

Leave room for the universe to meet you halfway—you don’t need to control every detail.

3. Gratitude

Gratitude grounds your energy and reminds your brain that you’re already supported.
Even the simplest moments of wellness deserve acknowledgment.

Try these:

  • “I’m grateful for my body and all the ways it supports me.”

  • “I’m grateful for the time I have today to care for myself.”

  • “I’m grateful for the walk I took yesterday—it helped clear my mind.”

Make it specific to your health and wellness goals for added impact.

4. Self-Worth Checks

Think of these as reminders to self—a way to affirm you are already worthy of your goals. Ask yourself:
“What will accomplishing this goal do for me?”
Then, write your answer in the present tense.

For example:

  • “I am already worthy of feeling good in my body just as I am.”

  • “I deserve to feel strong and energized because my body is a vessel for my purpose.”

  • “I am allowed to prioritize my well-being without guilt or explanation.”

These are especially helpful when navigating guilt, perfectionism, or imposter syndrome.

5. Scripting

This is your visualization exercise. Write as if your intention already happened. Use sensory details and emotions to bring it to life.

Example:

“Today felt incredible. I started my day with an energizing walk outside followed by a nourishing breakfast. I felt so connected to my body. I was calm and present, and my energy stayed steady throughout the day. I’m proud of how I prioritized myself with ease.”

This step helps you emotionally connect to your future self.

6. Take Action

Manifestation is about aligned action.
In your planner, you’ve broken your umbrella goals into monthly and weekly steps. In your journal, break it down further into daily choices.

Examples:

  • Start the day with a no-tech walk.

  • Do a 20-minute at-home stretch or strength session.

  • Hydrate before checking your phone.

Keep it simple and repeatable. Routines that stick are routines that work for you.

7. Evening Reflection

At the end of the day, take a moment to reflect—not to judge, but to learn from yourself.
Here are three evening prompts:

  • “What did I do today to support my health and wellness?”

  • “What made me feel good in my body today?”

  • “What changes do I want to make tomorrow?”

Always begin with what went well. Celebrate your progress before adjusting your approach.

Final Note

Health and wellness goals take time. You don’t need to be perfect. You need to be present. By showing up with intention, gratitude, and aligned action, you’re telling the universe: I’m ready.

See you next time for another Define Manifestation Workshop. And remember:
You are already worthy of feeling your best. 🌿
