Purchase Options and Pre-Order Cancellation Policy

If you purchase a product through a subscription, recurring delivery, pre-order, or any other purchase option offered by Define, you may request cancellation before your order has been processed or shipped.

Pre-Orders
Pre-orders may be canceled prior to shipment. Once a pre-order has entered processing or has shipped, it cannot be canceled and will be subject to our standard Return Policy.

Subscription and Purchase Options
You may cancel a subscription or recurring purchase option at any time before your next scheduled order is processed. To cancel, log into your customer account to manage your subscription settings or contact our customer support team at info@definecollections.com prior to the order processing date.

Once any order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. Cancellation requests submitted after processing will apply to future orders only.

Define reserves the right to modify or discontinue purchase options and pre-order programs at any time.
