These Wholesale Terms & Policies apply to all wholesale orders placed directly with Define through our wholesale portal, via email order forms, or by submitted purchase orders (POs). By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Wholesale Eligibility
Wholesale accounts are available to approved retailers and organizations.
Define does not approve wholesale accounts for third-party marketplaces or resale platforms.
Ordering Methods
Approved wholesale partners may place orders in the following ways:

Online through the Define wholesale portal

Through Faire
-
By submitting a PDF order form via email

By submitting an approved purchase order (PO)
All orders are subject to review and acceptance by Define.
Pricing & Payment
Wholesale pricing is available only to approved accounts and is subject to change without notice.
Payment terms:
Net Terms (If Approved)
Net payment terms (e.g., Net 30) may be offered to select wholesale partners at Define’s discretion and must be approved in writing prior to order fulfillment.

Net terms are not guaranteed and may be modified or revoked at any time

Late payments may result in suspension of net terms and/or future order approval

Accounts with outstanding balances may be placed on hold until payment is received
Order Minimums
Minimum opening orders and reorder minimums may apply and will be clearly communicated during ordering or within the wholesale portal.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order has been submitted, it cannot be changed or canceled.
Please review all quantities, styles, and shipping details carefully before placing your order.
Final Sale Policy
All wholesale orders are final sale.
Define does not accept returns or exchanges for:

Overordering

Slow sell-through

Buyer preference changes
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify Define within 7 days of delivery.
To request a replacement or credit, please email:
Approved claims will be resolved with a replacement, store credit, or refund at Define’s discretion.
Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or invoiced separately, depending on the ordering method.
Once an order has shipped, ownership and risk of loss transfer to the buyer.
Define is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events outside our control.
Preorders & Backorders (If Applicable)
Preorder items and estimated ship dates will be clearly communicated at the time of ordering.
Ship dates are estimates and subject to change.
Faire Orders
Orders placed through Faire are governed by Faire’s terms, policies, and protections.
Where applicable, Faire’s policies will take precedence over Define’s wholesale terms.
Intellectual Property
All Define products, designs, branding, and content remain the exclusive property of Define and may not be copied, reproduced, or altered without written permission.
Policy Updates
Define reserves the right to update or modify these Wholesale Terms & Policies at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be available on our website.
